I collect and use your personal data only to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, and deliver classes or workshops. This may include your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and booking details.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It is stored securely and kept only as long as necessary for service, legal, or accounting purposes.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data where applicable.

Booking & Payment:

All sessions must be booked in advance via email or the website contact form. Bookings are confirmed once agreed directly.

Payment is made in person at the start of each session unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy:

Please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged in full, as your time and booking have been reserved.

If I need to cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

Location & Venue:

All sessions take place at a client-chosen location (home, hired venue, community space, or agreed setting).

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the space is suitable and safe. If a venue is unsafe or unsuitable, I reserve the right to postpone or cancel the session. In such cases, a partial fee may be charged to cover time, preparation, and travel costs.

Health & Safety:

Sessions are delivered in a safe and supportive way. However, as they take place in client-provided spaces, I cannot accept responsibility for the condition or hazards of the venue. I may stop or cancel a session if I believe there is any risk to safety or wellbeing.

Materials:

All materials are provided unless otherwise agreed. Mediums and techniques will be confirmed in advance. If a client chooses to use their own materials, no discount will apply.

Photography & Media:

Photos of artwork may be taken for portfolio, website, or social media only with prior consent (given via message, email, or booking form checkbox). No identifiable images will be used without permission. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Group Size:

Group classes are limited to 7 participants unless otherwise agreed.

​

Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, I accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by proven negligence.
